Daily:
Moisturise and Seal
Apply EVCO or Sunflower Oil leave to sit for 30 mins with satin scarf then apply moisturiser and oil mix to seal)
Spray new growth with As I Am So Much Moisture (from 4-6 weeks post relaxer until next retouch)
Weekly:
Shampoo x1 (usually Sundays) (wash day routine)
Deep condition x1 (dependent on if I Co-wash i do an extra deep condition)
Co-wash (co-wash routine) x1 (from 6 weeks on-wards – usually Thursday)
Clarify Shampoo every 6 weeks
Treatments:
Protein
Light Protein x1
Medium Protein x1 (if needed every 6 weeks)
Scalp exfoliator x1 (every time i co-wash – aides in cleansing scalp)
Extras:
Trim every 12 weeks (need to get rid of some rubbish straight ends)
Flat iron on relaxed day and if i want to for an event.
Blow dry (on cool) in the colder months otherwise i air dry every time.
T-shirt Dry my hair majority of the time.
